Chelsea brings 12 years of experience in background investigations and risk management for federal agencies and national security programs. That background — sensitive interviews, records verification, compliance under tight deadlines — carries directly into how North Star manages vendor vetting, documentation, and risk on every job.
Chelsea holds multiple active Top Secret security clearances and a B.A. in Political Science from Binghamton University.
Nate has 13 years of hands-on experience in oilfield services, pipeline construction, water transfer, and natural gas compression. As a union pipeliner, he worked pipeline construction across West Virginia, Alabama, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, and ran water transfer operations across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Virginia in support of Marcellus and Utica Shale development.
He now leads operations, estimating, and bid preparation for North Star, applying the same discipline around cost tracking, procurement, and jobsite management that he built running field crews.
